Order
Confirmation of your order will always be sent to your email. However, the products you have ordered may have run out before our stock status has been updated on the site. In the case of this event, we will contact you via email. Please get in touch with us if you do not receive a confirmation email when your order has been sent.
Delivery is available in cooperation with Royal Mail, sent using First Class mail. The normal delivery time is 2-3 working days from when your order is received and processed by us. We reserve the right to send part of the order, where the items ordered are in stock and received from our suppliers. We pack our items as flat as possible so that you can receive them through your letterbox. If an item is too large to fit through the letterbox, you will receive a notice from the nearest postal delivery point. Take the slip there and pick up your order. If you have not received your order within one week of ordering, contact us so that we can assist you with your case.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by postal services or our suppliers.
Prices and shipping fee
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
There is a shipping fee of £3.90 for each order. Orders over £75 will receive free shipping! We reserve the right to modify/cancel orders in the case of typos and price changes.
Return policy
You have 14 days (from when you receive the order) to exchange and return goods that you have purchased from us. You must then send them back in undamaged, unmarked and unopened packaging and state the following: Your name, address, what you want instead, and the reference number on your order. We will then send you the new goods you have requested in exchange.
You can also cancel the purchase, which then you are entitled to a refund. You must then send them back, in undamaged, unmarked and unopened packaging, and state the following: Your name, address, what you want instead, and the reference number on your order. Reimbursement for purchases on cards (VISA & MasterCard) must by law be made to use the card. The refund is made within 5 working days.
Contact lenses are medical products and thus an exception to the consumer purchasing that says you must open the packaging to verify that the product works.
Payment Methods
You can choose to pay in three different ways with the following charges for delivery:
Credit Card
Our secure card payments are issued by Auriga ePayment. Aurigas central system is certified according to standard PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Learn more about PCI DSS here.
Paypal
Once you confirm, the payment order is executed via Paypal.com. Only when we see the payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Bank Transfer or Deposit
Please transfer the total order amount including shipping to the bank account specified in the order confirmation e-mail. State your order number as the transfer reference. We will dispatch your order when your payment is received.
Age Limit
There is no minimum age limit for using the lenses, but anyone under 18 must have parent or guardian's permission before you order from us.
We are not responsible for minors who through breach of trust, guardianship orders without permission. We encourage parents and guardians to watch over their children's online use.
The goods are sent in good faith, disputes must be resolved between the minor and his/her guardian.
Discounts
Discount Codes to be used is often limited in time and personal. Färgadelinser.com indicates the distribution of discount codes on the code is personal and therefore reserves the right to deny use of customer discount, which reached the customer provided other than directly from www.fargadelinser.com.
Privacy Policy
We strictly follow the Data Protection Act. All personal information you provide when registering your business will be considered by us, as the person responsible for your personal information, to deliver what you want and possibly by us for marketing purposes. No third party can access your data. You are entitled to know what personal information about you and you have the right to request that information be corrected or deleted. By ordering goods from us, you consent to the automatic that we may use your personal information.
Damage and loss
We stand for any damage or loss of goods in transit from our warehouse to you as a customer. The customer is responsible for damage or loss of goods in case of return. The manufacturing defect we'll replace the product. When the customer returned the defective product is sent to us a new product to replace it. We are not replacing goods that have been damaged at the customer's daily use. The complaint, please contact our customer service for help with your case.
Prescription from a licensed optometrist / ophthalmologist
When ordering lenses with strength, you must have a valid prescription which is less than 12 months old. When you as a customer, check the box "Yes, I agree to the Terms" in connection with your purchase, you certify that you have a valid prescription in agreement with your order.
Other conditions
We reserve the right for any typographical errors, other defects in products and stock availability.
Due to different computer settings, colours may appear different on screen and we take no responsibility for shade variations. Note that the colour of the result is not something we can guarantee when it is individually depending on their eye colour.
We can not guarantee that the images reflect the product's appearance and exact nature.
All attempts at fraud will invoke police action. All IP addresses are stored.
